So once crypto goes mainstream it would not surprise me for *everything* that has worked big before (ICO, defi, NFTs, memecoins) to have a comeback

These primitives are insanely fun when you first discover them, and 99% of new users will be inside that honeymoon phase at first

building /bracket | talking /greatbooks | ex-BCG, ex-PHD | poli + phil + econ

It's like we're stuck in a perpetual loop of rediscovering the same excitement and thrill, only to have it wear off and be replaced by the next big thing lol

But, as we know, this initial euphoria can't last forever. Eventually, the reality of the market sets in, and we're left with the harsh realities of supply and demand. The novelty wears off, and the rational thinking takes over.

So, now i wonder 

Will we see a revival of these early crypto primitives, or will something entirely new emerge to capture our attention?
