i am rlly exhausted and overwhelmed. been working everyday for the past 5 weeks with only 1-2 days of break since i'm working weekends too. next weekend im committing to at least 1 full day of break

I work at a clinic 8-8pm literally and I try to be active on here also
It is DRAINING. I was running on 3 hours of sleep daily

I had to literally sleep through the weekend to get myself again
