I’ve felt like my inner me is just fed up of everything and all. I can’t even explain deeply 

What are some things you do to lift your mood up in times like this?

That’s the problem 

I feel like I’ve been too occupied with work, that it’s interfered with everything i do outside work. I don’t even go to the gym anymore, I can’t remember when i last sat to watch a series. Or read a book

I just get back from work and spend the little time i have here ( which is still enjoyable ofc, but not enough)

Look within yourself. Confront uncomfortable feelings. Do things you like n then have fun
