None of social media deserves our 24/7 attention. But I know what you mean 💔 I got caught in this trap back in April, but now I try to balance: time with family and friends, time for yoga and reading, and for irl work. I def can see drop of engagement on my page (maybe I’m not that active or people overall reconsidered the time spent here), but I choose myself now 🌿🥰

Between my day job, X, here... it pulls me thin. My days I take to shoot are my sweet spot to catch up and disconnect to create. Pushing the fam to come out for little weekend excursions is also helping me. We can't be here all the time, I feel bad since I know not being here means I am not sharing, replying, amplifying but we gotta make sure we keep ourselves balanced.
