Thank you very much! This is indeed valuable information and therefore, public service, as this is something that has been bugging me for awhile.

Can you give more information on how this query helps? It just shows whether you are eligible to receive an allowance. The allowance amount doesn't even show in the query results.

I'm wondering why the allowance amount seems to keep going down every day even if my ranking is going up.
