A sushi with wasabi grated from the root and not industrialized, you can immediately see the quality.

Have u tried hika in causeway bay hk, one of the best sashimi bowls I’ve ever had. Their wasabi mix is hella good too (perfect blend of not being too spicy but still having the aftertaste)
