doginme probably next to get listed on cb (no position, like many others here) the people over here predominantly hold builder coins because the people over here are predominantly builders & hangout inside a predominantly builder-first community you know, how was intended? do you know that base does less than 1% of meme volume? do you see solana now taking consumer? do you know how many more projects are lined up in the vein? do you see virtuals moving to sol? do you realize that the only coins able to survive on base anymore are now forced into marketing on x or moving to sol? youโd think cb would lean into the builders who are building on their chain, considering how they talk about how theyโre all for the builders me starting to think, this yearโฆ base carves out a value prop or becomes the usdc chain & fc gets pastaโd to sol we have 6 months to make a dent or weโre probably cooked in bera itโs been 3 years on both sides; there is no new marketโฆ only old this isnโt working

Base is good in spreading awareness cause Jesse is positively loud, but if there is no interest in the chain itโs as good as nothing. Base can never compete with solana on some basis as Solana is already recognized as the best chain to get rich, so base has to lean on something else besides this bringing people onchain bias.

imo Base only has to wait out the narrative change which probably won't take that long in the grand scheme of things solana might be the "best chain to get rich" right now, but it's bringing new users into a trading environment that's more degen than anything we've seen outside of crypto, a large percentage of new traders statistically lose their entire portfolio in 3 months factor in the volatility, outright grifts, and heightened pvp nature of crypto and people will sour on Solana after losing their bags as more people and tokens come onchain and attention and opportunities get diluted we'll see fewer and fewer plays that feed into the get rich quick narrative. even now we're seeing "alt season" isn't playing out quite like it has in past cycles Base just has to build for quality and stability, and the tide will shift
