Iโmma tell you a story. Take it how you wish. My father got Covid and while it was destroying his lungs he prioritized his work and was seen up on his laptop getting work done until he was intubated and placed in a medical coma. He died a month later. The work still remained, yet he did not. I promise you, nothing is more important than your health. Your work will persist long after you go. To me, itโs not a flex to put your work above yourself. It is a meaningless sacrifice that does not reward you if you kick the bucket.

Yeah. It comes for us all. Doesnโt care what youโre doing or why. When itโs your time, it comes calling without delay.

Used to freak out about it till I was in the same room with my grandfather when he died, felt the cold through his body as he accepted his fate he already knew it was coming the day before itโs quite the experience.

The only time I got that type of closure was my grandfather on my momโs side where the family called him and we got to tell him how much we love him. The rest of my family has been freak accidents, finding them 2-3 days after death, covid, etc. I donโt freak out but thatโs largely due to the fact Iโve personally buried 8 members of my family since 2018. I almost feel like an undertaker and that death has been more of a comforting friend than something to fear.
