You know I was experimenting with this, and I was able to "edit" the thumbnail by editing the thumbnail in capcut. Its not a bad work around

They call it “cover” Warning. When you first upload you think, “oh it didn’t work” because the upload just shows the first frame—But after it fully uploads the image you crafted here shows up as a thumbnail.
