here is a simple thing I have been doing for 20ish years now.... when someone asks how you are....always, and I mean always, answer with this..."everyday is the best day of my life"... just try it, see how people respond, and how it makes you feel... i guarantee positive results or your money back... I grew up across the street from a family (more like my second family at this point) from the time I was 4 till I graduated from high school and moved out. I watched their mom do a similar thing over the years. She started saying “happy day” every single time she saw people and I watched her pull herself out of a bit of a cloud and to this day she’s continued the greeting. It makes me want to call out to her just so she says it back to me! Happy day, Beans 🤘🏼
