Is there any tool that maps a Twitter account to Farcaster?

Warpcast Experiment: X-Posting 

A few users who were active on X but not FC were invited to cross post. 

We want to see if cross posting makes them more likely to engage with Farcaster (beyond the cross post). 

If that happens, we'll roll it out more broadly. If it doesn't we may pause it.

When I see a Twitter profile, I often wonder if they have an FC one as well. I wish someone has created some manual mapping
