i'm going through the "Actionable Gamification" book again, and it’s clear that most onchain consumer apps rely on extrinsic motivations - incentives that don’t last beyond their market cycle bonding curves, fan tokens, tipping coins, or prediction games, generate attention, but they fail to build real communities, creating only transactional relationships for users to "stay for the network" the platform must tap into the upper part, being driven by intrinsic motivations

this is why we are building /uno — who is asking for financial incentives today? start with onchain identity and listen to your users for when you need to introduce financialization
