What are you all having for dinner tonight? Here’s my plan: I had too many yellow heirloom tomatoes from the garden and couldn’t eat another tomato sandwich so I’m making a simple soup! Roasted the tomatoes with onion and garlic for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Added veg stock and puréed with a handheld immersion blender. Planning to add a little heavy cream and garnish with parsley, and will serve with some grilled cheese sandwiches.

that looks very good, i'll try it! i didn't have time to take a picture of mine, but pasta with chicken, mushrooms, spinach, cream and parmesan. delicious:)
