My snap takes:

1) A quick win and doable to implement with the regulars we have now

2) Ofc, this kinda feels like the eventual end-point for this channel. Saying that, team bandwidth has been an issue to date as we're all spread across a number of /daos already. I'm wondering a) if we can pick off just one small piece of the channel to decentralise first and b) if anyone wants to raise their hand to support/lead here
