Can Onchain ticketing replace ticketmaster? I hope onchain ticketing disrupts ticketsmaster and cuts out the middlemen. Securing a ticket for a concert has become a major source of frustration for fans, fake tickets, tickets vanishing in seconds, service fees that often surpass the face value of the ticket, scalpers etc. I am conviced that onchain ticketing can solve the current issues in the ticketing industry.

Most onchain ticketing companies I have come across are still in the start up phase. The only ticketing company with significant traction is /opentickets They sold about 6.5m tickets onchain so far. https://onopen.xyz/portal https://learn.onopen.xyz/
