i like apollo bagels, but seeing a tomato on a bagel in NY in april cosplaying as a courage bagel from LA is just sad

Idk what an Apollo bagel or a courage bagel is, but now I want a bagel with a tomato on it

haha, when you’ve got a great tomato you can put it on anything and it’ll be good

courage is a bagel shop out of LA that started (i think?) a trend of sourdough, super airy bagels (see picture)

apollo is a bagel shop out of NY that feels spiritually similar, but has to deal with being based out of the mid-atlantic lol
