can this be done with a Dune query? i’m still learning the ropes

added a param for "max_mutuals" cuz if you run it raw, it's basically popular accounts you don't follow, i have default set to 10 arbitrarily

this was fun, maybe i'll try and make a dash out of it w/ more stuff
