Making peace with the fact that there are areas/markets/subjects/tech I’m not going to understand deeply

I have an inability to deeply focus and understand everything - because there isn’t enough time to do so

Essentially, by saying no to many areas, you have time to dive deep in areas that matter to you

Yes, but also 80/20 rules implies that you can get to 80% depth in 80% more places with better strategy.

Also it might turn out that “figuring out how things work” is a skill that generalizes across multiple (all??) domains and could unlock tremendous leverage.
