This framing is all wrong. Boredom is not a problem to be solved. It is a way to solve other problems.

"solving boredom" for lack of a better term social media has instilled this desire to constantly do/consume in us for better or worse - the question is whether that is compatible with positive growth or necessarily just results in brain rot
