With the world seemingly always descending further into chaos, I still feel a sense of admiration whenever I come across someone who is religious - even though I’m not. When I was much younger, I would have balked at the idea that anyone could be a believer, but as I get older, it strikes me more and more as an admirable quality.

It feels even stranger to encounter a person like this through the ultimate chaos and randomness engine that is the internet. And though I think I can pretend to understand the internet well enough, I often wish there were an instruction manual for life, death, and everything in between that I could believe in.
