Kill 5 Warpcast features:

1. Starter packs
2. Channel notifications
3. Warps
4. Legacy frames
5. Web app

(all opinions MY OWN, now show me yours)

What 5 features would you kill? 

Don't pick features that you can disable in settings :)

I don't think I would remove any actual Farcaster features but definitely the ecosystem itself is confusing to navigate and lots of projects seem to have stopped being developed or no longer work - fittingly https://www.farmap.io/ ("Explore the Farcaster Ecosystem with FarMap") doesn't load and I don't think gets updated anymore (even though its a really cool idea).
It would be good to know what projects in the ecosystem are actually active vs inactive.
