I’d love to find an “AI Coach” They’d sit with me and watch me work. And then develop a plan with me on how I can leverage AI to the max. I bet a lot of people want this too.

ChatGPT can definitely do this at least partially. I wish it could interface with spreadsheets and databases - but regardless, even if you don't go hyper-granular with your work, if you give it a rundown of work/challenges each day it can help you to keep motivation up.
