The #1 quality I now look for in founders is resilience. The world is full of people who will tell you your ideas are shit or they won't work or why your project will fail. Bet on people who have undeniable self-confidence and conviction in themselves and their team and will find any way to make it happen.

Self confidence and conviction is great but the last thing you want is delusional. You need someone with those abilities who also knows how to adapt when needed.
