Working on the Top tippers frame V2 with tips corrected with daily allowance and usage. So many bad tippers. 
In my case, 70% of the tips I received were invalid (over the tippers daily allowance or already spent).

Actually, looking on Dune I see this happening quite often and as you said there are honest mistakes for sure.
Honestly, I don't understand why there are different values across Dune, the official website, and a couple of frames. Shouldn't they rely on the same source for data?

Because some information is not publicly shared by the Degen team (or I just haven't found it), for instance the tip syntax tolerance, the boosts on some channels, the farming disqualifications, the snapshot cut-off time, and so on. Most frames or queries do an approximation at best.
