My Apple Watch literally fell apart. What I’m looking for in a watch: - Good for strength training/HIIT (primary) - Good for running (secondary) - Heart rate/HRV - Sleep tracking - Seamless sync with Apple health Is this just the Apple Watch or is there something better?

Interesting. Haven't checked them out in a long time. Not a huge fan of monthly subs here, but open to it. Few q's: 1) What kinds of workouts do you do? 2) What do you like about it? 3) What do you not like about it?

1) Generally do 2-3 runs per week, with 3-4 lifting sessions. Whoop is great to track HR + distance; not so great with lift strain. 2) Lack of interface, no notifications on my wrist - strictly fitness. 3) Wearables more generally make me unnecessarily optimize parts of my life. Whoop is no different.
