What are the most cracked shows of the early 2000s/start of the Golden Era of television?

Right now I’m double fisting Sopranos and Six Feet Under. 

I unfortunately have a lot of time on my hands so I’m taking recommendations.

Yup, recently finished the The Wire and have moved onto Oz.

Outside of those, I had only seen BoB (one of my favorite miniseries of all time) from your list. Lots to watch over the next few years.
