As a ramen fanatic, this is excellent content. I'd also add Mensho Tokyo near the Tokyo Dome. (For those familiar with the one in SF, this is the original and it's somehow much better)

Oh, also "Tokyo Abura Soba" which is incredible. There are quite a few locations across the city.
