My Apple Watch literally fell apart. What I’m looking for in a watch: - Good for strength training/HIIT (primary) - Good for running (secondary) - Heart rate/HRV - Sleep tracking - Seamless sync with Apple health Is this just the Apple Watch or is there something better?

Recommend a whoop and a nice watch instead. Whoop charge lasts so long cause it has no display. Happy to wear my floor panerai with my whoop on the other hand

Definitely all about not having notifications on yet another digital device Also whoop caved in and added Apple health sync so that way your long term stats still hold up
