Lots of really good suggestions and feedback here. Mostly around logging off, getting into the body, emotional rebalancing and nervous system work. Should there be something like a “crypto reset retreat” where you can be in the gym, eat well, do restorative grounding stuff in a natural environment?

Could trial it in conjunction with FarCon Could also be decentralized. Pick a day in the spring for max good weather and everyone log off and touch grass together, knowing that dozens around the world are silently participating in this ritual with you

Would be interested in trying it at Farcon! It’s hard to start a decentralized holiday but easy to coordinate one in person. I’d be up for trying…. How many people are rolling up to farcon?

my guess is 300-400 doing this "in nature" is not easy in nyc, esp when no one has cars. my suggestion would be to find a place thats accessible by metro north or LIRR so ppl can take the train there. or it could be a day in central park or prospect park -- less nature but lower lift

I was thinking maybe the day after Farcon is over? Have a bunch of practitioner friends who could facilitate a full body reset day, gym, breathwork, embodied work and then we hit the sauna. what is the farcon venue? I have (indoor) spaces in mind in Manhattan and Brooklyn both that could hold
