well telegram's been owned by SA and other -higher- cabals by a while.

the SEC almost put durov on prison on their attempted ico on 21, which frustrated telegram's ambitions on crypto for a while.

He then just relocated to dubai and prob caged into russian backdoors to be able to do as he wanted.
