product request: nouns OE nft collecting site at a high level if nouns as a world had a super strong OE mint patronage culture then we don't even really need to worry about "small grants". it would naturally be solved without governance.

I actually bought droposal.wtf for this reason, to maybe make a landing page for all Nounish droposals, but ultimately couldn’t find someone to help build it. Giving the domain over to @yitong so he can use it for his droposal work!

Interesting! I 100% agree that patronage by OE is an underutilized weapon in our arsenal. (Suspect it will be more useful during a bull market also.)
