kind of an issue that all the candidate feedback is lost into the ether after the candidate becomes a full prop. I left a pretty detailed comment on the NFTR prop in the candidate stage and now I have no way to find it (unless I dig through onchain txes) 😅 cc @krel @ripe @yitong

We were saying this on Noun O’ Clock the other day— the version control and comments should carry through to Proposal. I also want to see what’s changed from when it was a Candidate prop.
