Probably need to work on expanding your lats/neck/trap area. Pinched nerve from muscle imbalances along the middle back when doing pull exercises

actually I figured out the exact point where the pain comes from and after a bit of consulting with my gachi gym community we came to a conclusion the tendons are the issue. trying out few meds rn and will come back with the results
