Made some delicious waffles (food prep). They freeze really well and heat up in the toaster. The idea for these came from my salami cheddar sourdough bread (a sandwich in a slice) 

2 sheet pans of baked sweet potatoes cut with my mandolin
2 sheet pans of bacon
Quadruple batch of waffle mix
Lots of Cheddar cheese chunks

Mix up and scoop

Portable fast breakfast.  And perfect for the camping freezer. 

Hot take:   I think single waffle makers should be illegal.   If you are making one waffle, odds are making two at the same time would be better.  😁
