There should be terms, too. Tippers should agree to donate some percentage to me, for taking the risk, and to Degenpad to reliably fund new projects.

If you can’t afford staking what is the incentive to not immediately dump on claim day?   

Can you make it so tips received is locked up for the next season (up to the amount lent)?

I definitely agree and will lead to a short term pump then another selloff at the end of the month with a buy for allocation system.   Very complex issues with tipping systems and how to make them work well without excluding people (many in different parts of the world) that can’t participate for purely financial reasons.

incentive = everything else degen offers besides allowances. and if that's not compelling, then sell I guess. Generally, of allowances are the /why purchase/ I'd rather you sit it out. Allowances are a shitty reason to buy DEGEN.
