Hot take but I think "utility NFTs" are somewhat dead.

Minting something is a social signal that you like it - and I don't think it's feasible for mints to come with extra perks at scale.

You don't get utility for holding a lot of a token - why should for holding an NFT?

1155's are best of all worlds.  fungible but non-fungilble.... so semi fungible.  might be 1:1 in pure utility but 100:1 to value to me, but only 10:1 value for you.  value, and utility, are subjective.... or semi-fungible.
