It’s sad that a large majority of people immediately think they are being  judged personally just because you shared an alternative perspective.  

I play devils advocate in my head all day.  I can’t help that I do it with others too 🤷🏼‍♂️ Just because I say something doesn’t mean I believe it…  collaboration leads to growth

You can still respect people even if you don’t always agree with them….
