My guys, just chatting about something with my brother: are you good at seeing your own accomplishments and how far you've come? Or do you only see what should be better?

During times of reflection I may venture down the “how far I’ve come path” but I’d say I frequent the thoughts related to the improvements or new growth. Both are important when developing a healthy outlook on life.
