Feature request: mute channels

Feels like the right time with the meme coin traction. I already unfollowed a bunch of people, but it’s still annoying.

Launching /bracket this March Madness 🏀 | Hosting /gray + /book-clubs + /dont-do-this | Ex-BCG, ex-PHD | Poli Sci & Econ at Duke & UNC

But one caveat : if many of channel's initial casts are bugs/tickets, it may spam the overall app feed. Which we don't want to do.

Have you thought about a "mute" function for channels?  Have you considered supporting the "Discord support" use case?

Exactly. I’m very supportive of people talking about projects and they should do it more! But it shouldn’t be mandatory to listen
