I'd respect a CEO who embraced the full-blown villain persona. Like flat out wanted to crush the competition and salting the earth as they advance... but not pretending to be nice and flat-out saying "we make the best shit, we're not a family, we're conquerors." Fuck it, that'd be cool.

An excellent villain feels justified and has an ironclad motivation. Not just a "bad guy" created as a foil to the protagonist, but one you have a hard time hating. See also: Daniel Plainview or Hans Landa
