I think we are grossly underestimating the impact of remote work going mainstream on a 10 year time horizon Remote work -> conferences + IRL gatherings -> co-living experiments -> pop-up cities -> network states?

This is an interesting (and somehow counterintuitive) thought — that remote work drives more experimentation in IRL gatherings which leads to more experimentation in new ways of living. Checks out for me anecdotally.
