- rework seeding
- all teams play (no bye)

16 team playoff is inevitable, it’s just a matter of time 

I think the seeding will get reworked but probably not expanded for at least another year

Yeah feels like they had to make that concession to the legacy system but can get rid of it as everyone gets comfortable

I think first step will be to ditch the conf champion byes and give the top 4 ranked by Committee a bye. I could see that happening next year.
