question regarding recovery w.r.t. 7702:

how critical is it to be able to recover the EOA vs some other signer that can control the wallet?

if you don't have to EOA:
- you won't be able to upgrade the account
- you won't be able to deploy onto new chains
- what else?

wondering if in practice does this mean you'll want to move all the assets into a fresh wallet or just keep using it with a non-EOA signer
