This evening in Germany there was unfortunately an attack on a Christmas market in Magdeburg in which a car drove into a crowd of people and, according to current information, seriously injured dozens of people and claimed the lives of 2 victims, a man and a little girl. The perpetrator is a doctor from Saudi Arabia who came to Germany in 2006. 

Nothing is currently known about the motive for the crime, but the perpetrator has been arrested by German police
