butters are butters because they are versatile. to be sauce is a combo of application AND consistency dipping celery into peanut butter? its a dip peanut butter and jelly sandwich? its a spread peanut butter Reeces cup? its a filling Vietnamese or Thai peanut sauce? its in the name
