But to keep to your original concept, I would say that AI is a tandem bicycle to the mind. You are riding along with a new entity that is capable of doing so much more than you are computationally, but it is still somewhat limited by your own input

Nope, I don't think access to new idea is the thing. Ex: I can't ask ChatGPT what precise market I should serve, what product fits a market, and what features to build for my product. It's good at certain tasks. Some smart people think it will ultimately be able to generate new ideas. Not sure if true.
