How is Developer Relations positioned within your organizational structure?

For us, DevRel isolated from all departments, more of a DevRel as a department path. Good thing, I handle everything by ourself, bad thing, less transparency from other team.

Got it and I assume you have a dedicated team budget for dev activations?

After the seed round investment, yes! A lot more I can do and plan.

This is actually a good one. Just had a call last week to figure out our strategy. I believe in two things, deployment roadmap and direction. For example, we pivot into infra focus on node operator. Then, my plan will shift towards creating a good doc and content for everyone to use. Later, we will come back to devs.
