Got it and I assume you have a dedicated team budget for dev activations?

For us, DevRel isolated from all departments, more of a DevRel as a department path. Good thing, I handle everything by ourself, bad thing, less transparency from other team.

Lately, I've noticed more being positioned within the product team, while some are part of marketing or engineering. I'm curious if there are and which are dev rel teams that function as independent units, not aligned with any particular department, yet work collaboratively across different departments. 👀
