The same pair can have multiple pools for the same tokens just with different fees. See the fees to swap in them are different in the pool column. 

Pools with smaller fees are typically for more blue chip pairs. 

As a pair gets more liquidity it will make its way to pools with smaller fees cause that is better for swappers.

Probably what is happening in this case. So as a LP you can choose either.
