This just might be the way I'm wired, but I found it's much easier to be consistent in the gym when I'm going 6 out of 7 days rather than 3-4 Taking a few days off in between makes it easier for me to break my momentum You also learn to workout in zones of effort (80%,90%,etc.) to maintain the daily practice

I'm actually realizing the role that Ted plays to coordinate and invite ppl to connect and lean into their curiosities would be a really great AI character/app. The interface could be the tricky part

Agreed, but what peaked my interest was your thesis on complex *interpreted* world If AI is going to be integrated across all software + hardware, how will AI interpret and bring back meaning to the observer? I think @ted is doing it right and finding ways to circle online back to IRL communities

+1 The big unlock for me is learning about the compounding effects of improving all three (INPUT, OUTPUT, & RECOVERY) at the same time. I'm seeing rapid step function changes in 5 months. I can only imagine what I'll be able to achieve in 1,3,10 years from now.

Found this Anthropic prompt engineering convo helpful - can try explaining to AI why you’re doing something e.g. I’m an AI researcher testing X - prompts don't have to be perfect, can be how you'd talk to a temp agency - give model an out for edge cases https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T9aRN5JkmL8

What convinced you to try this fast to begin with? Any specific goal you have in mind? Personally, I'm looking for workouts + exercises that I could sustain 6 out of 7 days per week. I would not consider fasting that long (maybe ever)...

I took a pop pilates class the other day thinking it was like yoga and more stretch based. I got exposed. My core is mush. It looks cut but functionally has no strength. Appreciate the vid. I'll be using these on a regular basis. How frequently do you add core workouts per week?

Fitness tip: If you're doing a high set count and want to keep track, use your phone as a "clock" on the hour hand. My CINDY exercises (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats) can be easily recorded without turning on my phone or pen/paper.
